Hey Im back from my adventure at FT.Leonard Wood MO. and Im back as a combat MP this time. I wouldnt trade my training in for anything but I was verry worried about my lack of Bungie time and I was hoping that someone with a fair amount of intellect could enlighten me concerning what Ive missed in 4 months...support the troops...post a reply.

Hey, awesome dude. I’m enlisting in the Marine Corps in about a year.

As for Bungie happenings, hmm… The Seventh Colom got its dose of the new hotness… other than that, I suggest you check out the Bungie weekly updates.

Also note that I haven’t been around much either, so I could have missed something big…

Don’t start that crap in here please.

However, I have always found this funny:

My brother, who graduated from the Air Force Academy, sent me these. I was instructed to open them in the following order: Marine, Army, Navy and Air Force.

Marine
Army
Navy
Air Force

Hmmm...after seeing that, maybe the Air Force IS a better bet... ;)

This reminds me of when I was talking to a USMC recruiter, and he told me that what they did for recruits on the delayed enlistment program was usually running, hiking, and for fun, paintball. The Navy recruits however, "sat around eating pizza and playing scrabble." I laughed my ass off at that one.

I think the good natured rivalries between the services can be a good thing(not to mention humorus); some people can take it too seriously though, which is not good.

Anyone considering joining the service gets my respect.

Amen to that.
Think the MC is the ultimate hero? Think again.
