Weapon of Oppression

So I realized that since the beginning of halo 2 and all the way to the end of Halo 3, Masterchief has never taken off his suit, eat, or pretty much anything. This is made worse by the fact that in halo 3 we get to see everything through his perspective. And not once, where it has shown he could've taken a break at any plausible moment.
Sure he's a video game character, but I thought it was pretty interesting.

I'm sure at some point, even if we didn't see it or read it he had a few minutes for some R&R. But as Cobra said, personal hygiene is not on the top of your to-do list when saving multiple species from extinction.

He showered in The Flood, so there's that.

United Armed Forces

Following Chief's retrieval of Captain Keyes, he took a shower at Alpha Base on installation 04.

During the first Halo, but I highly doubt he didn't shower after coming to Earth.

Only when no Human brick is left atop another, shall we be satisfied with your destruction.

There are two points where he almost certainly had time for food/rest aboard the Shadow of Intent in Halo 3; during the mustering of forces before going through the portal, and just prior to the assault on the Forerunner shield-projector towers.

Wouldn't it be safe to assume that he showered or at least freshened up before changing to the Mark VI?

Also known as Entropy91
Black Water Ops representative.
See you on the battlefield.

Anytime he was on board a ship in Slipspace (excluding the Forerunner Keyship) would have given him time to do so. Remember, slipstream travel takes time, this isn't Mass Effect.

The last time he would have actually had the chance to shower was his arrival at Earth at the start of Halo 2. He was a pretty busy dude after that.

(and maaaybe the Slipspace jump to Delta Halo)

3 years and only 1 ban, try harder next time noobs.

Now that I think about it, Chief had a fair amount of down time relative to the amount of ass he kicked.
