I posted in a thread around 20 minutes ago in this very forum, and it seems to have disappeared. I know for a fact that I posted in it, because it's in my browsing history. Here is the URL.

Now, is this a server issue, an accidental deletion, or something done on purpose? I always thought mods weren't allowed to delete threads, especially when, if anything, the thread was probably fine in this forum. Yes, it's a repeat topic, but the poster was confused about their service record image not updating.

Unless my PC has decided to play tricks on me. Wagwan?

We miss you Logan.
Ask any question. I'll help with anything on site or off.

I'm pretty sure master mods can delete threads ,but probably a server problem. It's not just you I can't see the thread either.

I know for a fact that ninjas can delete posts and threads, which I have witnessed. This seems to be the case.

"I don't care if it's God's own anti-Son of a -blam!- Machine or a giant hula-hoop!"

Likely deleted to cut back on clutter. If you, or someone else posted the correct response, (It takes time to refresh, the more you play, the quicker it will refresh.) and the OP had seen said response, the thread had nowhere else to go. But it is odd that they would delete that thread, seeing how they have let countless others slide past.

I'm going to guess that it's a server error or an accidental deletion (cause accidents do happen!) since it seems more likely that the mods would either lock it or just let it die by itself.

I saw the thread myself and I couldn't see anything within it that broke the rules so I don't see why it would warrant deletion either.

Most can't. Master mods and some employees can, but really this wasn't grounds for a thread deletion.

It could have been to cut down on clutter, but when there are thousands of new threads every day, one simple thread isn't going to make a difference. It just seems odd, is all.

Might've been an accident, who knows.

I'm going to go ahead and assume Recon did it.
