Or, in a non-Bungie related realm, United Nations Security Council.

Who is the Webmaster? A good question, and one best answered by breathing the acrid fumes of history. Take a good sniff. One common misconception about the Webmaster is that he is a Gorilla. Even Mr. Magoo could tell, at some distance, he's no gorilla. Merely a man in a gorilla suit. With a cowboy hat. Why is a question for a different time, but the Webmaster wears his hairy mantle with pride and simian satisfaction, and naturally, takes no offense to being called a "?????."

Remember, he said the number of ?'s is equal to the letters. Monkey is one letter to many. I like these quote ones ^__^

Classified as special forces, ODSTs have earned the nickname, "???????????" because of their preferred deployment system: single-occupant, exoatmospheric insertion vehicles (SOEIVs) - drop pods fired from Navy Ships unable to maintain safe orbit above Covenant-occupied worlds.

Yeah, I straight Googled that one and the Bungiepedia page had 'monkey', so that's what I went for. The proper, Bungie.net approved answer is chimp.

I'm not a huge quote guy. I'm waiting to see if Cryptic does any "recognize these people" questions. That could be cool.

Edit: Damnit, shouldn't have taken the time to write this reponse.

He said he was lenient on spelling. Otherwise, I would have gotten Gnop! correct.
