As much as I agree with you in that reach is superior, it saddens me to see that this is your argument. If we are going prove our superiority we must start by disproving our own stereotype, that of that only 12-year-old squeakers play halo. However, when I see this bare bones list with no backing behind any of the reasons, it makes me feel like i'm reading a child's work. Einstein can't just walk in and say that matter can become energy, he needs to drop that E=mc^2 on them too. No evidence, no believability, and definitely no respect. So without further adieu let me show you how it should be done, fo example I'll take your first topic.
1.immersive campaign:
With a story spanning that of multiple games as opposed to single isolated stories, it becomes very easy to get attached to the characters and the problems they face such as noble team and the realization that Reach will fall. As proof that a multi-game story is effective in this, take ghost and reznov as an example. Ghost I was sad losing, however it was even more jarring to know that reznov had left the world of the living in black ops, when he had started with us from the days of WaW. The same is true for halo, except much more prevalent as we begin to lose long standing characters such as Miranda Keyes, Seargent Johnson, and even more saddening; the mere thought of losing john when the game had ended and we had yet to see that he made it out. It actually made you wretch that it was over.
I could go on but I think you get the point. you think you could do that, instead of a mere list?
