I do feel that you were done wrong in this particular case; it should be up to each individual ninja on how to deal with a user that is breaking the rules and you shouldn't have to worry about incurring the wrath of two separate ninjas unless your thread was overly inappropriate (-blam!-, shock sites, etc).
^The thread was only a question, that again, belonged in the Halo: Reach forums.
And it was only a few hours later that I noticed that I had been banned. (The message was sent minutes before I logged back on.)The only problem being, of course, that your story is completely made-up.
^You being probably being the most respected Ninja to me, I don't want to defne you, but my story is not made-up.
I actaully don't know if it were to be a different Ninja banning me from locking my thread, but was just an assumption.
But my point was, was that I asked for my thread to be locked, it was locked. A few hours later, I recieved a 3-day ban notice only 3 horus later.
The 3-day ban was of course for posting in the wrong forums. That day I never posted in the wrong forums except for that one. And if I recall, if you post in the wrong forums once, you get a Warning, but I was automatically banned.
There's no linear system of warning/banning. Any mod could do anything at anytime as a result of any infraction.
