If you have to use labels like 'Retarded' to describe anyone who disagrees with you, Then your arguement has lost any weight it might of had, and I personally will assume you are just trying to get a rise out of people.
Also to those who think that having a high KDR means you're beast; just the fact that boosters exist is a prime reason that any thumbless noob can achieve it throwing the 'my high KDR validates my opinion" logic out the window.

Again, What's the problem? Now everyone has a weapon they can use? The BR was the only thing seperating 'Good' and 'Bad' Players?
How do you not understand? Because I've yet to hear an explanation.
Have the explanations not been said enough times?
Garbage kid picks up DMR.
Finds himself vs a, let's say above average player.
Player Above average will vary between spam-pacing.
Kid spams the DMR like hell and ends up landing 5 lucky shots, 5th being headshot kill. Everyone uses that word. 'Luck', and 'Random as though they define the weapon.
The only thing 'Random' about it's rate of fire is whatever you put into it.
If the 'good' player were as his title suggested, He would know how to adjust his RoF for the distance of the target.
The question is; Are we using the term 'Good Player' in the sense that we are Talking about Halo; Reach, or Halo 3, where all the BR really can do is spam towards the head 'till he drops. Because they are infact different games.
The DMR's skill involves taking aim, knowing how fast to shoot for the range you are at
While I won't deny that someone who is 'bad' or new to Reach won't just spam the hell out of it, I've yet to see anyone succeed in actually getting a kill doing so at anything other than Just-Less-than-Shotgun point blank range, which is the range where firing faster makes the most sense. (and at that Range, the AR can ussually be a more viable option anyway.)
