Subject: http://www.bungie.net/humans.txt

Bungie.net needs a humans.txt file to acknowledge the hard-working developers of this site - they aren't robots, after all. Google has one, and so does Flickr, so I think it's about time for Bungie to add their own.

Post some suggestions about what it should say.

I don't get what that is. Is that just a page with a single line of text saying who made the thing? Bungie thanks Employees all the time in content they put out, no?

"I will show you how a true Prussian officer fights!"

"And i will show you where the iron crosses grow..."

- "Cross of Iron"

"Developers of really cool stuff"

Yeah i know its in the banner sometimes but i think it would fit appropriately there :D!

Walk up to her quietly from behind and breathe heavily on the back of her neck and whisper "amore"

Their next game better have rocket boots!

I made that up.

They get the job done?

EDIT: How about it says one thing they did for the site. I don't know anyone or what they do so I can't think of anything.

Bungie Studios is a company that is like no other in that we're able to concentrate equally on the production of video games and our attempts at taking over the world. Since we started this company back in 1991, we've had our sights set on the complete control of every facet of the Planet Earth, and, as a company that sticks to its principles, that hasn't changed. If you would like to know more about our company and how you can join this effort to conquer all of life as we know it (and make video games occasionally), please feel free to go to our jobs page.

Our gorilla-suit-wearing-webmaster worked for many painstaking hours to creat this site, and if you happen to find a bug for the site, feel free to blame Stosh.

Or -- if they really want to be cool -- they can thank the community for making this page possible.

That's what the arrogant ass' at Google don't understand.

I remember when I used this space to put cool looking links to my chapters back in the day. I don't even know why I'm using it now. Why are you even reading this? You must be interested in me. Still reading?

I'm having trouble figuring out how this works. I see the human.txt page for Google and Flickr but how do you use those pages? I understand the meaning behind humans.txt, but can't figure out how to use it.

I think Flickr is the best, after all, it's made by unicorns and pandas.

Yep. I am not an expert, but it seems to be some sort of, message from the web-team or a message from the company as a whole.

I'll be on my own side.

I love how everyone gets overly-analytical of a simple text file. Seriously, it's a text file, with some sort of lighthearted text from the company written in it.
