Frankie, we know you guys must be working hard over there, but how soon will we see evidence of the law enforcement in matchmaking. If it's 2 weeks, I'll wait to play 2 weeks (or at least I'll try), a month, next year, whenever. I hopped on to play a couple rounds with a friend of mine in Texas (I live in PA), it's the only time a bunch of us get to chat and we love to play Halo. Three times in a row we faced cheaters. Two of those were just spawn killing mods. The other was some punk who had host, and'd standbye as soon as we'd get close to tieing their team. It's just getting unreal. I faced cheaters earlier today and yesterday too. Everyone just does whatever they want, it's anarchy. Why shouldn't we all start bridging to avoid getting modded. Or to actually win a round ourselves (not that I advocate cheating, I'll suicide in slayer if I know the teammates I got matched with are cheating). Is this fun? To want to enjoy a game of Halo but we sit with our ears against our xbox's to hear if it's loading a new map that we could be modded on, and try to back out quick enough? We report and we report, we send emails to h2cheats@microsoft.com, I have them on my hotmail "favorite contacts". I hope they're familiar over there by now with the Judge Dredd Cheat Report. Someone's gotta take a stand to these scum that just ruin the game for everyone else. Could one truly invite a friend to go out and buy a subscription to xbox live, just to be annoyed every other game by the time they get into level 30s. I've played a lot of games of Team Slayer (nearing 2000) and it's constant, what can we do further as a community, please comfort us with details of what you guys are doing, let us know we're not alone in this struggle. We need the bungie angel of death to come down on these bas-tards.
Thank you,
Discomfitter
p.s. please acknowledge you got this somehow, and that it's not just a needle in the haystack of mail, thank you. I know you guys are busy, but it's just getting sad at the frequency of these incidents, in more than just slayer. Skirmish, Double Team, 6on6, everywhere.
