Halo reach alone on legendary! Message me to play halo wars, too. im the only person here who likes halo wars.

i really want to speculate some things....

ok, can someone answer me a few questions? i havent investigated halo enough to know... here are my questions:

So, we killed the covenant? what about the individual jackal, brute, and grunt planets? The Elites are still alive, right? what are they doing?

is the thing in the halo 4 trailer a portal, forerunner planet, spaceship, or something else?

Do you think that the pistol grenade launcher will be an extremely uncool weapon?

What do you think that the forerunners, precursors (or whoever the enemys may be) vehicles will be named after? In the unsc, vehicles are named after animals. Covenant vehicles are named after different kinds of ghosts ( disincluding scarab and locust). New enemy's ships? we dont know.

Arbiter was in the UNSC ship at the end of halo 3. is he in halo 4? or is there something i misunderstood?

Some of my questions could be potentially stupid, sorry. i havent understood enough if so. But the one im most interested in : where is arbiter, and the elites?

Kevin Grace has established that the Covenant are finished now. The very few Prophets remaining have mysteriously disappeared, likely gone into hiding; the Brutes are continuing the Great Schism with the Elites, but they're also descending into a civil war; the Grunts side with whoever they view to have most power, they're not really participating in anything; the Jackals went back to being space pirates, they never really believed in the Covenant religion anyway (neither did the Drones and Hunters).

So the Covenant are out. They were a small part of a much larger story.

Forerunner planet.

Do you think that the pistol grenade launcher will be an extremely uncool weapon?

No way to know until we use it.

We do not have any data to speculate, other than the ships in Cryptum.

The Dawn split in two, John was sent to the Legendary Planet and Thel was sent back to Earth (as you see at the end of Halo 3).

But the one im most interested in : where is arbiter, and the elites?

They went back to Sanghelios, their homeworld.

ODST We jump into hell feet first. Hay by the way loving the group ODST Recon, see u on the battlefield Deathboy out.

Well the whole of the covenant were driven by the religious idea that all forerunner artifacts were sacred items of some god. The prophets were the so called leaders in this 'journey' and now they have ended so has the 'journey' of the covenant. The prophets could do an uprising now, but its highly unlikely since they all know the truth of the forerunners, so for now unless some new uprising happens in one of the races my guess is each race is for its own. On the other hand by looking at the elites and brutes relationship I think they may always be a feud between them which may end up in a case of extinction for either race, there for the grunts being weak minded and physically weak they will try to be on the winning side making them a split up between them. So the future of the once 'covenant' will be bloody, and assuming by the elites more intelligence they will come out on top in control of the other species as a new alliance.

-_-

Read my above post, the Covenant is finished. The Prophets number perhaps only in the dozens now, they most certainly could not start an uprising.

The only place that the Covenant races are going to (Should go to) is the stone ages.
