Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

Sadly, rules are like laws; no matter your best intentions it's still against the rules. I'll use Dexter, from the hit series Dexter on HBO as an example. He kills peope, lots of people - the people he kills are only ever killers themselves.
Is it right? Sure, one's about talking about someone and one's about killing someone, but the over all moral shows.
The rule isn't actually there anymore
Silly me, it's been too long.
Personally though, I also see it as "spam or whatever". Mainly because it has little to no discussion vaue.
