Driving Hogs is what I do.

They, meaning Bungie, said that they would stop making Halo games, but Reach and Halo 3 multiplayer continues to live on. This is apsolutely fine, great in my oppinion, and in yours I take it, but what is to become of it? Will, in some certain amount of time, the multiplayer network be closed for the rest of our days, or will it be shifted to some new database until it is safe to say its population has gone from over thousands to the one boy in his cupboard? It might go on for as long as the XBOX Live system runs, for ever, perhaps...

Thus I refute thee

you mean like the servers, in that case 343i would have taken the duty of that right?

I'm not sure who has server control now but I'm pretty sure all Xbox 360 games (most certainly including Halo games) will have live running on them util the whole of 360 live gets shut down, several years after the new live system on 360's successor is up and running... Just like what happened to Halo 2, which still had more people on it than a lot if not most 360 games. Halo 3 and Reach will always have more than 1 person (by far) on live when it's available, that I can assure you of.
