Just playing some games that's all :3

I wanted to play Halo CE so badly and I remember there was a PC demo. So I downloaded it and tried to play it.
Once it loads up the game pops up a warning saying
''You do not have the recommended requirements''
It shows me the device I have that wasn't recommended.
Vanta/Vanta LT Nvidia

I try to upgrade or update it but then I get another pop-up saying
''The program isn't compatilbe with this device''

What should I do?

My Computer System

Inter(R)
Pentium(R)4 CPU
1.70GHz
1.69GHz,
256 MB of RAM

Windows XP Pro.
Version 2002

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

The requirements clearly state that a 32MB texture and lighting capable video card is required for the game. Your graphics chip, the nVidia Vanta, is only 16MB, and that's assuming you have the best Vanta chip available.

In short, your PC sucks too much to play Halo PC. Your only option is to either get a computer that's been built in the past decade, or upgrade your current system.

Yeah it's a 16MB but I can't upgrade it sadly. Once I try to the program says ''Its not compatible to work with this system''.
I have a vista laptop but it crashes too much.
Any recommended ideas to work this driver?

There's no way Halo PC will work on that chip. At all.

Post your full specs and we can see if there's a way to upgrade your system.

Indeed, i would on the whole just spend £200 (yes, we get ripped off here in the UK) just to get a 3.00ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB Ram and a good graphics card (like a gtx 260?) rather than try to find any way of improving that current PC.

Just try it on the Vista laptop or spend a little bit of money on a P4 3.06GHz CPU if your motherboard supports it. If not, then just get a new PCI or AGP video card.
