I just bought the new Defiant Map Pack and it won't let me play them. When I get on Reach, it says I don't have the recommended map pack to play this game type (dlc premium slayer). I went to dashboard and redownloaded it and clicked "play now" when it's done and it said I must have the original game in, like wtf. I need help guys. Idk where/whom I should contact for this so I'm asking you guys.

Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.

Question: How many times do you post that on a daily basis?

Anyways, to answer your question OP, Mushroom Man is right that Bungie is no longer the holder of the Halo franchise. I would do the basics like restarting or having a friend host an XBL game with the new maps and invite you in. If you have done the basics, then contact XBL support.

It feels like... 5-10 times per day.

The Gunman Division: Ace Gunman, xOmega Gunmanx, JT Gunman, xLost Gunmanx, (Op) Lone Gunman, Spade Gunman, Viper Gunman, Ysuran Gunman, BlindfireGunman, Angel, briskit1, dinjitsu2222, and Onobono. No idiots, please!

Instead of posting something about Bungie not owning Halo, why not help the guy out?

For example, try following the advice in this news post.
