So I was looking through the forums, and all of a sudden this message popped up:

www.bungie.net contains content from apforums.net, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
Google has found malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed, and perhaps try again tomorrow or go somewhere else.

First time it has ever happened. Is there a reason why the message only displayed today and not the other x amount of times I've been here?

In wine there's truth but in silence there's surrender.

False alert I believe. It has happened to me before.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

This alert popped up from what?

I have not seen this before.

EDIT: Above post answered question: from Chrome.

Could you link the thread where it happened? I'd like to see if it happens for me as well.

EDIT 2: Above post was edited to not include the answer anymore, apparently the message popped up from Chrome.

A screenshot would probably have been better, but whatever. If I remember correctly, Google was starting to do something where the notified people on their browsers if they found anomalies that often went hand in hand with malware. So, I'd say get Spybot Search & Destroy to see if you actually have any on your computer.

Actual page

Probably just an error...

Edit. It's happening on quite a few pages now, so an error seems unlikely.

Well I found out what it was. Someone has linked an image from the blocked website in their coup. Haven't pinpointed who it is yet, but at least it solves that mystery.

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

every time I log in, I get a message asking me if I am sure I want to access this site because it might be harmful.

This came with a recent windows update on one computer, and it has always happened on my new laptop.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

That seems to be related to Windows 7, both mine and another laptop I use give me that warning and they both run Win7. However my desktop still runs on XP Pro 64 and everything is fine.
