I think that there should be no Halo movies of any type.
I agree. I do not understand why so many "gamers" think that a movie is (or would be) somehow "more" than the games that Bungie makes.
Now I would agree, that other games from other companies (yes Virginia, there ARE other game companies) might be (as games) light enough on story to make one want a movie to "fill in the blanks", but Bungie? They make games that are so immersive, so story filled, so character and plot driven that a two hour (or even three hour) film couldn't even begin to contain as much of those things as the hours and hours we get from playing the game.
Besides, what is the biggest complaint from most gamers? Too many cutscenes and cinematics interrupting the flow of the game. Why would I want to pay money to passively watch 2 hours of cinematics and cutscenes if I can be involved and part of an interactive story for weeks at home?
I just don't understand it.
Thats the reason i posted this forum thing to get other peoples opinions. Thank you for your opinion.
