I like making forge maps, it's fun. But I did not ever think that I would be playing forge world about 90% of the time. Players, look at your game history, and you will easily notice that there is a ton of forge world maps. I'm tired of it.

I know Bungie, you're not in control of Halo anymore, but for your future games... don't do this, take the time and make some real maps. And keep the forge maps in your next game down to about 15% or something.

Why I don't like playing on forge maps 24/7? Everything is gray, and forge just doesn't beat the quality of a real map, it makes the game feel cheap, and it greatly hinders my experience.

It's only camping if I build a fire, otherwise it's just waiting.

I understand you getting tired of the color scheme but Forge World was created to give a large mix of terrains and possibilities. The zones of the map give a lot of potential for creativity. Besides, most of the other maps were developed for the objectives and game types that they were created for and can be difficult to develop into something else.

I remember trying to modify the maps in H3 was a pain and was glad to see Forge World initially.

I would however like to see a color editor, a sun-dial (modifying the shading and being able to choose night, dawn, day and dusk) and moving modifying a more complete natural objects pallet (trees, bushes, etc.)

It's gotten old but it gave rise to a HUGE amount of creativity and will hopefully paive the way to improved maps for editing.
