But there's no sense crying over every mistake.
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
And the Science gets done.
And you make a neat gun.
For the people who are still alive.

There's been multiple threads on this (I even made one myself). I would like the ability to chat with them as well, and maybe even organize private group chats.

Hello, I'm Mr AwesomePizza. I like pizza and I'm a man. Reasoning for the name. I like to listen to the classics of music, write poetry, play video games, and much much more. I'm always down for a nice chat, so please hit me up for some conversation.

I want so bad.
I like having friends!

Half Man.
Half Horse.
Half Machine.
All "Jerk Who's Really Bad at Math."

PS
No, I do not want to join your clan/group.

I still don't get the reasoning behind why people want a friends list for here; it's pretty useless by itself unless they add in an integrated chat/IM feature.

I've heard the excuse of "knowing when to send a PM to my friends" before, but you can send a PM regardless of if they're online or not, so...

I think some people just want to turn Bungie into a pseudo-Facebook.

I love B.net in its non-Facebook-like design. If it turns into FB... *shakes fist in air*

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

Heavens no. There is no point in having a friends list, this community wasn't made to be a social network site, the only source we need on a game developer's site is forums and private messaging, we have private groups unlike other sites.

Stop trying to make bungie.net what it isn't, if you want friends lists, make a facebook with your account name and add other users.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

I for one don't care. Friends list or no friends list, it won't change how I interact on this site at all.

I think some people just want to turn Bungie into a pseudo-Facebook.
Maybe they want a quick way of identifying/contacting/etc... the people they want to communicate with, which is something that currently isn't possible on bungie.net - a friends list would solve that problem. There are a ton of possible features that could be integrated into the site with something like that too.

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

The Black Chapter!

But that would expose the fact that I have no friends :*-(

Feel free to send me messages, please be willing to wait 6-8 years for a reply.

1-7 hours if you at least tried to make it readable.

Immediately if you are Yax, Telec, or legendary.

Never if you are mythic, you guys smell funny.
