Here is a little Halo 2 countdown clock I wrote up. Features multiple backgrounds and time display formats. Let me know what you think.http://personal.myvine.com/~mnbmac/
Here is the link to the Clock
That's pretty good.
You should incorporate an "always on top" option. And do more background pictures! ;D
Make a screensaver out of it.
Just interested, how do you get the other version of the clock to run (the one with the elite)?
right click on the imagego to the background menuand change the option to elite
Ahh thank you. I also just read the instructions on the site. (stupid me) never reading the instructions
Version 1.1 is up. I added the requested "Always on Top" option. Duh me I meant to include that option originally. The option for more backgrounds is sketchy as it will drastically increase file size. Might add option to use your own background. Looking into it.
It doesn't look like the countdown is correct. RIght now, your clock says 179 days. On the halo2.com site it says 175 days. (http://www.xbox.com/assets/en-us/Flash/games/halo2/index.htm)
have you thought maybe they have it wrong.....I just physically counted the days and I believe my clock is correct. But I have been known to be wrong on many occasions. So might want to double check and count for youselves. My clock goes from the current time on your system to 11/9/2004 Midnight.
just added the ability to add custom images of your own....if you don't crop up the image square it will distort!!
Yes, I did think that they could be wrong.. And I counted the days also and they are wrong, which makes your clock correct.I suppose I should have counted before I posted, oh well.
I just tried it, and it says a file or something is missing or.. yeah. it didnt work.
what were you trying to do? set a custom background?
how the fuc@ did you make that and its cool!wow we have no life or do we?
I was just trying to get it runninghere, I'll get what it says(EDIT)Componenet 'comdlg.ocx' or one of it's dependancies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid[Edited on 5/13/2004 2:23:17 PM]
KenshinjiThe first thing i would try is redownloading to make sure you didn't get a corrupt install. Secondly what OS are you using? You can email me your answers to the address on the download page so we don't have to clog up this forum.
make a screensaver of it
its pretty cool, but i cant be bothered to download stuff, n stuff....

someone make this sticky! it would be cool for every one to have this. or bungie to make one on their site!
