Loved every minute of it and still do to this day. Only problem was that it was too short :/

I think ODST is one of the best campaigns. I have a terrible time picking favorites when it comes to Halo though. So I probably say that about all of them.

Except Reach, that one is merely enjoyable.

Do you know what it's time for? A sexy party!

I thought it was a great backstory, characters were sometimes funny and graphics great (for it's time) and the soundtrack was amazing.

oh my god

I loved it the story was short but amazing. It would have been cool if there was actually online but I guess thats why there was the halo 3 multiplayer disk.

Campaign was something new and fresh and different. I personally loved it. It seemed to give more of that large-scale, vehicle-centered missions that I love. Firefight is also addicting if you can get a day on a weekend with a few buddies and nothing to do...see if you can get 200k points on a new map to you. I never bought Halo 3, just played a ton at friends' houses and got some campaign achievements. I think that $40 for the new campaign, firefight, and all Halo 3 maps was well worth it. My only complaint is that there was no matchmaking for firefight or co-op campaign. Since I got my copy of ODST just half a year ago, I missed the hype, and I only have a few friends who ever play it. Hard to get a group together. Great game 9/10

I am a monument to all your sins.

It's a fantastic, and unfortunately unappreciated, game.

This (and THIS) was for Reach...and/or Harvest

I loved it for the added twist to the genre conventions that bungig/halo are known for.
Awesome Hub world, choice in mission structure (weird playing out of order, but I love choice) 'Clue's' which unlock said missions, not bookended cutscences.

Was a step in the right direction for me, ya'know that's probably why Reach 'appear's' worse than It actually is, it has none of the aforementioned improvements.

As for hater's, we all know, they are stupid.

The Trailer was certainly attention grabbing and what motivated me to buy it, and after about a month or two of non-stop ODST and finally getting myself my Reconz, it got boring.

Exactly what he said.

Fada beo Halo 2!

I thought it was great. I'm a fan of the Halo soundtracks and i thought the music really made the difference. Yes, it had some imperfections but so does Halo 3 and Reach.

It's easily has my favorite campaign out of all the games. I say this all the time, but I could easily spend a few hours just roaming around the streets of New Mombasa.

^This.

Definitely. ODST should have been the 3 year project instead of Reach, we'd have had the first half of the game and then a second half where you follow through the events of Halo 3, going to the Ark and such. That would have been great.

ODST has a special place in my heart, it was absolutely fantastic. The story, characters, music, ambient environments and Sadie's Story (one of the best things ever to happen to Halo) are often overlooked because of the price tag. It carries a lot more depth than any of the other games.

They made perfect sense. The data pads are records of a Commitee of AIs that have been shepherding humanity for several centuries and decide to start taking direct action.

terminals H3- most are in covinent, so cant read

Er... no, the Halo 3 Terminals are all in English. They present a very interesting story following the Didact, the Librarian, Mendicant Bias and Gravemind and links directly with Halo 4 - as Mendicant Bias tells John at the end of Halo 3 that he's sending him to the Forerunners.

terminals H CE-are cool but mostly fore shadow for there next game they want u to buy

I don't see why this hampers their quality? Kevin Grace did a fantastic job at portraying 343 Guilty Spark and Keyes, the CEA Terminals firmly establishes him as the best writer that 343 has (albeit Greg Bear).

Whilst I agree that Sadie's Story is the best, your reasons for disputing the quality of the others seem to be based ont he fact that you didn't understand them.

i think it was great if only they the master chief was at the ending... they could made the multiplayer more addicting but the campaign was good in my opion
