Subject: explain the term "frog blast the ventcore"

smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

Frog-blast

The

Vent-core.

"The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ,
Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit,
Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line,
Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it."
-Omar Khayyám-

Forget the old adage "Leave no friend behind." The BoBs aren't your friends, they are pixelated monstrosities that, though help you, should die under the spray of your assault fire.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Frog Blast the Vent core was a random phrase added to Marathon when you are about to blast some power supply and the B.O.Bs help you.

*blinks*

I can't find that scene on youtube, I saw it a while ago.

When the B.O.Bs yell "frog blast the vent core" and you blow something up.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

It's more along the lines of them yelling "Frog blast the vent core" and then THEY blow up.

Yeah, the only BoBs that say "Frog Blast the Ventcore" are the exploding BoBs.

I don't remember any part of any of the Marathons where a BoB comes out of no where and as you are blowing up a power supply, he says "Frog Blast the Ventcore".

Maybe you should play the game.

Be enlightened

Infection in Halo 3 isn't zombie killing; it's ethnic cleansing. Have you ever noticed that these "zombies" are just black Spartans?

Rumour has it, Doug worked part-time in a stripper bar where his persona was that of a amphibian demolitions expert. Naturally, he wanted to merge his passion for "amphi-pping" with his day-to-day life voicing walking, talking acronyms.

Blast the ventcore with a frog.

Generalizations.
Helping idiots hate other idiots since people have existed.

Whenever they mention this, I always think of the level The Maw, where you destroy the exposed fusion reactor. I always imagine a random marine yelling that, even though there are none around.
