Subject: So... heard the mention of B.Net in my local nightclub

Tonight I was in the local nightclub to where I live (Place called "Katy Dalys") and I heard two guys in the smoking area, talking about their halo stats and their "title" on bungie.net and about how they were friendly with some of the forum ninja's. One of the guys said he talked to Odmichael alot.

First time in my life I had come across two strangers talking about b.net, anybody else heard of b.net creeping into everyday life?

P.S, Yay for Jager Bombs!

Pretty cool.

I was recently visitng family in Washinton State in the Bellevue area and in a local bar, I met Jason Jones. It was pretty surreal since we were talking about B-net and about Bungie's next game and he came up and sat next to us and said "I believe I know a little something about that." We turn around and there he was. Pretty cool

NOBODY I've ever met has even liked or even played much Halo, let alone like b.net. :(

I hate you unless I'm drunk.

Did they let you talk to them or did the title-bar elitism carry over to real life?

smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

I wish I was you, I really do. Why can't Bungie be located in small and calm Front Royal, Virginia?

Not Bnet, but the producer at 343i came to my college the other day to speak about the industry to my school's game development club.

It was very cool.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Meeting Jason Jones is probably like meeting Morgan Freeman, you don't forget it.

If you are going to bring up b.net at a local club or bar, at least say you are a mod. Who knows, it might get you some action....

By action, I mean a wedgie.

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Unfortunately, nothing ever happens here.

Tell him not to sneak up on your friend as a zombie.

I ran into some people who lived a few hours away from me on Xbox Live once. That was pretty cool.

I play for fun and armory completion. :)

I found someone I knew IRL's thread on the forums about how they were matchmaking banned, but other than that, no.
