Dude, it would be so cool if we had these pregnant sentinels that were, like, all flaming and shot out baby flaming sentinels that would be all "YARRRGH!" then they'd be like, "WHAAAAR" when they shoot.
That'd be sweet.
In Marathon, in my opinion the story was very well thought out, music was good for it's time, and so were the graphics.
The story was the greatest part, but what I noticed was that sometimes, the things happening around you didn't match what situation you were in.
Understandable, but I think this can be changed.
What I'm visioning is on the level BOB-Q where you try and save security forces from the pfhor, the security team was trying to stop the pfhor from getting to the colony ship's reactor/generator/engine room like place.
You get there and the BOB's are defensless civilians, without as so much of a MADD flying around.
In marathon Infinity there are Fusion BOB's, I thought to myself that those looked like security forces.
I thought I could try and place the Fusion BOB's on the particular levels where your supposed to be fighting alongside security forces.
Marathon is great no matter what, but wouldn't it be great if the security forces had guns?
The problem is I don't know how to do this, I'm no C++ master, so I haven't done it yet, nor do I know if it's even legal.
So... is it legal? and how would you do this?
It's got to be possible, I've heard of lots of people who mix together levels on free games, but I'm not one of them.
