Hey everyone, I've got a problem with Bungie.net. All javascript buttons don't work as they should with any of my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE). These include most of the posting buttons and the "Create New Topic" button.

I was having problems with other websites before, but all of those were fixed - except Bungie.net which remains tacky.

To get it working, I must repetitively press the button numerous times until it works. 9.999999/10 I'll get a timed out/connection reset error.

Is this a problem with Bungie.net or my computer? I noticed this shortly after Chrome updated to 14.0.835.186 m (Though somehow is effecting Firefox 6.0.2 and IE9 too..?)

Like I said, the problem only happens on Bungie.net. All other websites are fine. Help would be nice. :)

Edit. I'm using my other computer at the moment, hence why I can post this.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

My best guess is bad cookies, have you tried clearing them on your other computer? My other guess would be in your settings, but other websites are working so it's likely not this.

If nothing works, a fresh install might do the trick.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Do you have some funky settings for your browser? Clear your cache (ctrl + F5)? I, like everyone else, haven't experienced these problems which clearly lie in your web browser. As Rokit has said, try a fresh install.

Well I thought that it could've been my browsers so I downloaded IE9 to test it. Still the same.

I've cleared the cache/cookies for everything and that didn't do anything.

It has me stumped. As every other website works, naturally I thought it was a problem on Bungie's end.

- Are you using www.bungie.net?
- Is the problem intermittent?
- Do you see a script when you click here?
- Open up the Error Console (Ctrl + Shift + J) and find the "errors" tab. Clear it, then reload a page on bungie.net and try to perform one of the actions that hasn't been working. What (if anything) is displayed in there?

- Yes, I'm using www.bungie.net
- Seems consistent.. If that's what you mean.
- Yes.
- Just before my browser gave me a "Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out." page, there was an error. Well it was in red writing and appeared for a split second before disappearing. Didn't catch what it said, and can't recreate it for some reason.

Doesn't really help eh.

I've just found something interesting though. If I refresh a page and click on something like "Create New Topic" straight away, it works. I only have a window of a couple seconds though...

Edit. Tomorrow I'll install Chrome again to see if that helps at all. I'm too tired at the moment.

Thanks for the help though guys. :)
