inb4 everyone.

Out of boredom, I re-read the Terms of Use and the Code of Conduct. I realized a couple things.

Terms of Use
...you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
...Conduct or forward surveys,...
That means polls are bannable, doesn't it?

Code of Conduct
Please note that Halo is rated M17+ by the Entertainment Software Rating Board and that we strive to enforce the age ratings and guidelines.
I find this hilarious.

So polls are bannable and Bungie enforces the 17+ rule.
Does anyone else feel that statement is a little off? :)

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

1. Bungie approves polls, surveys are like the Beta tester one with many questions. The problem with surveys is they often seek person information that Bungie does not want you to unofficially disclose on this site.

A yes or no Poll is not that big of a deal and is an exception.

2. Bungie.net is for M rated games and while the forums are not rated, videos of content require your birthday. But you are right, it is not heavily enforced unless there is an issue.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

We’re flawed because we want so much more. We’re ruined because we get these things and wish for what we had.

ROFL, if this were true then we're -blam!-.
