39) Bypassing enemies without Sprint
40) Cairo Station's bomb room battle
41) Being able to complete some levels without triggering or fighting most enemies
42) Scary fast Flood who have shields, drive vehicles, and can't be defeated without being killed (shoot off their arm, they're still a threat. Shoot off both, infection form pops out. Sneak up on them, get hit by turn melee)
43) AI came to your position in some cases (unlike in Reach, where it's random)

Difficult bosses. Seriously, only Halo 2 and 3 have bosses, and 3's was just insanely easy. It was difficult to not win it.Notice the differences.
Halo 3:
-nearly everything scripted
-can't be glitched (i.e. can't go to bottom and survive)
-had to wait for Johnson to be able to damage Guilty Spark
-no Sentinels
-no Arbiter
-only 1/6 of the room was relevant to the battle
-too short
-besides spartan laser, only rocket launcher and fuel rod gun could damage Guilty Spark
Halo 2:
-plenty of space
-could leave the room in some cases (Regret IIRC)
-glitches, button combos, sword tricks
-enemy AI support for most bosses
-friendly AI support in the Tartarus fight
-had to wait only in the Tartarus fight but you could DIY if you had the beam rifle
-most weapons could damage most bosses
