Ok, this is to all you people who decided it was a good idea to flame bungie about how to make games. First of all, I'd be more than willing to say that all of you complaining about the fun factor of the game have never played a minute of Halo 2. Seriously guys, all we have seen is 3rd party accounts of gameplay in an UNFINISHED build of the game. Now, I think many people have put forward well thought out reasons for concern, but I don't honestly think Bungie is out of the loop. They will undoubtedly be looking for the public response to their show, but I don't think they'll give a second thought to people who are simply whining about things they have no control over. Of course Bungie has thought of all the different gameplay aspects we have, so we just need to keep faith in them that they'll pull through with a better game than Halo 1. Not to discredit the people themselves, but those posts about the animation not being up to par, or about the lack of the glow effect on the plasma sword are useless. Guys, I'm just saying that Bungie knows better than we do about how to make a game, and if that comes with changing the rules for better play, then count me in, but don't whine if you're on a nostalgia trip and think that, for some reason I don't know, Bungie won't include your favorite Halo features in the new game. Remember we saw a demo, and not the finished project. The best is yet to come.

Hey i wanted to do a post like this!

One of the things is also that they might have finished of the campaign and have NOW begun making MP. I mean that shiny plasma sword was in campaign right?
I think the reason why the game is FIRST REALESED THE 9th novemBER is becausee they are not finished yet!

I think they have done nearly all the basic things in the game and are now maby, making new animations plasma swords and ALOT OF OTHER THINGS.

Ya, say it brother. Game developement can be compared to building a house. If the house isn't finished, theres insulation, bare nailes and maybe no bathroom. We would be stupid to make a opinion of something that is unfinished.

i absolutley agree with the first post, it kinda irks me that bungie puts so much more effort into consumer relations and the design process than anyone, and some people still nitpick. gaurentee these people will buy the game the day it comes out, same as the rest of us, play it, and do so with a smile on their face.

it certainly seems like many people can't understand that these are the same people that made the fantastically fun and enjoyable first installment of halo. do they really think that bungie is incapable of expanding upon that which they created? obviously feedback from the public is important, but at a much more constructive level of criticism. also, to be frank, we should be grateful to have received anything at this years e3. i would almost have preferred that they had given nothing to the public and continued working on the project instead.

I couldn't of said it better myself Props to all that hate the flamers of bungie. They should learn how to take a step back and see the big picture once in a while.
do you agree?

Thanks guys. I'm glad I'm not the only supporter of Bungie after E3. People are so much like sheep sometimes... They follow one another blindly, and they believe whatever they hear. Like I said before, Bungie is looking for constructive criticism, so if you're going to make an argument, at least make it something that can't be explained away in a matter of seconds.

Yeah, good thing you aren't the only supporter of Bungie. The other billion of us are looking forward to global domination.

Through war we will teach your heresy.
Through battle we will teach your frailty.
Through death we will teach your fate.

Plus, I know for a fact that the original went through alot of changes, and wasn't near perfect when it was shown at the 2000/2001 E3.
