To understand what's the title is about, look in the community forum and notice how many golden septagon there is next to the user's thread? This means that Bungie employee have been replying a lot of the member's thread as usual.

This also signify the change in their behavior pattern from being dark (Or being secretly hidden) to more active on the forum, which stated that they are probably taking a break from a interesting and successful project.

Urk, what's going on?! We, the community, must know the reason(s)!

It's likely because they've rid themselves of their impure followers, having them aimlessly flock to 343's lanterns, and they are expressing the love and compassion that they so dearly held onto through the darkness. The gleaming gold is to signify their stupendous benevolence.

Although Urk accidentally told me that they were just bored, though he didn't know he did...

No. People shouldn't assume Bungie employee's forum activity is directly related to how much work they're putting into their current project. They are just communicating to their community in a different way.
