I want Halo for the PC. I just bought a new Alienware m5500. http://www.alienware.com/product_detail_pages/Area-51_m5500/a rea-51m_features.aspx?SysCode=PC-LT-AREA51-M-5500&SubCode =SKU-DEFAULT

Now i was doing a little research for halo for the pc and i hear some people have problems running the game with the settings on hight.

My specs are 1.8ghz pentium m proccesor

1gb of ram

256 Nividia graphics chip 6600

Would i run into any trouble playing the game. Thank you for the help.

Any other specs just ask.

You will definately be able to run it fine. The 6600 is a nice chip, and the gig of ram will help alot. You should probably be able to play on 1280x1024 with medium to high setting. Have fun

Actually my screen is 1280x8000. I have just read that people are having -blam!- problems running the game.

The 256MB NVidia® GeForceā„¢ Go MXM 6600 is a nice chip really. How come some people have had some problems.

And does it cost anything to play online monthly

Because most people don't have nice cards. That 6600 should purr like a kitten; mine does. And it's free to play online.
