What do the Bungie.net moderator tools look like for the public forums? Are they similar to the private groups moderator/admin tools, or are they much more different? Can I haz image of tools?

Also, I know this topic was made very far in the past, but it really didn't get anywhere.

It's all very secret but i'd assume that their UI is close to the same as the one in private groups. Probably with more options and along your title bar or something they can see you ban history as a link like messaging and stuff.

Other then that they have other super secret ninja tools that we don't know about.

How come there are no images of the interface or UI anywhere? Weren't there previous moderators like Skibur and Achillies that know about the UI?

It's going to look very close to the private group tools since the public forums are essentially a group if I'm not mistaken.

"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me."

We have everything a private group would have, but we also have a "move" tool to move threads.

Probably because there are things they don't want us to know. And i'd bet Skibur and Achillies have been sworn to secrecy in an Illuminati like fashion.

Most likely they're sworn to "Image" secrecy or Achronos will chop off their -blam!-. We have the general idea though.

You have to take the red pill.

I assume so since there are absolutely no known images of the public forum moderator tools.

Not to get into anything "sketchy", but you would think that from the Pezza incident that there would be images some where.

I also assume you have a delete option on individual posts, which for some odd reason private groups do not have.

Private groups have the ability to delete individual posts, but you need the ability granted to you by the full control user.

You just edit a users post, and in the top right hand corner there will be a little button named delete.

Oh, well... I guess I never noticed that in all two years of being in groups...

Ooops.

Do you know what kind of hat I'm wearing?

A party hat; you don't get one. An honor will this party be, a party in your honor, for your honor. Some of Tfear's personal guards are going to be there. You'll be introduced shortly.

Prepare to die.

You know... I always imagined it to be like this, but it doesn't seem to be like how Duardo describes it :(

I don't always ban people but when I do I laugh uncontrollably...that's if I was a Forum Ninja.

Truth is a matter of perception.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

When you ban someone, is there like a menu you go into where you specify total time in days and have to type up something?

post pics plox.

That is 20% cooler than our layout.

Moderator tools look exactly like this.

And that's a bad joke.

I'm still saying the Master Mods have a few tricks up their sleeves.

I am more worried about what Shadow mods can do.
