Halo 1 > Halo 2
PC > Xbox

So that means Halo PC freakin pwns.
Its basic logic, even an xboxer could understand it (mmmm, maybe thats asking a little too much)

They reccommend that you have a 400 watt psu, but if you have a stable one it should run fine. I an x850 pro, and I only have a 350 watt psu, but it is very stable (antec). My computer runs fine and I have a decent amount of hardware hooked up (cd burner, dvd burner, 2 hard drives, 2 sets of ctahodes, fan controllers).

If you claim that your not a noob now, just take out hte videocard and look at the socket to tell what kind it is. Also, when referring to mobo's they go by form factor, not hte socket type. Its most likely an ATX motherboard, and it may have a pci-e slot.

Well, in answer to the title of the post. Get this program.

http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Download and run. Gives all the specs. And its displayed online so you can send the url to people.

I got dual Nvidia Geforce 6800's with SLI, and a crap load of other things. Gaming sure is fun.

Hey, you read that Holiday issue of PC Gamer?? Where it tells you how to build a PC with the 6800 GTs in SLI? They're from PNY right? You're lucky, I'm stuck with a single Nvidia 7800 GTX, but still I'm 13 dollars better!

heyyo,

I used everast home edition, google it, it works nice and itl tell you everything, another thing Sapphire is a great manufacturer, i have a sapphire radeon 9600 pro, and its still playin halo at 1024x768 fine, i think they use the ATi chips and everything and put their sticker on it and sell them for a cheaper price, i have had mine for over 3 years now and i havent had a problem with it, and i think the x850 will run halo no problem, i also have a dell, how old is it cause if its only 1-2 years old chances are u have a pci-e slot, but if ur like me mines 4 years and it only has a agp 4x :(

hope that helps you
