I have been playing halo since day one. I really loved halo2 online but they had to take it away.
Halo Reach has been a nightmare and I will never buy anything from Bungie again because of this.
I am over 50 years old and play at night when everyone is sleeping. They took me off for getting too many credits and only said online that you can't get anymore credits and didn't say why or how long. If you are new to this, who do you talk to or where do you get answers?
No place! No one knows or even responds.
I finally found out that you can only get so many for the day.
I still haven't found out why they cheated me out of the weekly challenges.
I was cheated out of 11,000 7,777 and now they did it again for 30,343. This was the weekly challenge that I finished last. It said challenge was completed but when they gave me the credits, it did not say anything about the 30,353 credits I earned for the week and did not get them.
WHY???????
This is very discouraging to work all week for the weekly challenge and then not get it.
What can be done about this?
Does this mean not to bother with the challengs anymore.
I thought they were up there to give us something to work for!
I tried to write to Washington but got the wrong address. It came back saying a different address to sent it to.
I will try that but need some kind of an answer if anyone there can help. I don't even know how to get back to see if anyone has written a reply.
Thanks

I think maybe what's happening is your exceeding the given credit limit for the day, and then completing your challenge. Which means, the challenge is complete, but since you already have maximum credits for said day, you don't get the ones offered from the challenge.

Get it? I would just be sure to complete the weekly asap on a given day(s) to avoid this.

Generalizations.
Helping idiots hate other idiots since people have existed.

Tell it to 343 Industries.

Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.

Basically, here's what happens: Every player has a credit cap of 120,000 credits a day. That means that once you hit that limit, you stop earning credits. If you earn 120,000 credits in a day, and then complete a challenge, those credits don't count because you are already over the limit.

Solution: If you hit the credit cap, wait until the next day to complete the weekly challenge.
