End of User Demo - Post Queue feature.

Precautions;
-A user's Post Queue is cleared upon Blacklisting to prevent further posts from being made
-A maximum post amount may be added to the Post Queue to prevent SPAM.
E.g. *Post Queue reaches 5 posts* - *displays message "Your Post Queue is currently full, please wait at least 30 seconds before posting again."* - User cannot post until the Post Queue's total amount is smaller than 5
-This feature may act upon certain users only, depending on membership length, post activity and moderation history (warnings, bans etc)

My Opinion on this feature
I think the current post 'system' is great. It prevents you from creating another post for 30 seconds, which could potentially be SPAM and/or rule-breaking content.

With this system, replies can be made faster for those that want to be part of all the discussions. Those who find it annoying to clash with the 30-second countdown for their next post to be made may like this idea.

If you see any flaws in this idea, I will appreciate it if you notified me of them. This idea, as most of my previous ideas in the past, will probably be rejected and/or flaws are revealed that would make this idea worse than the posting system these forums have currently.

I'm not sure I get what the point of this is.

I mean, I run into the anti-spam filter on occasion, and it's never been an issue waiting 30 seconds. If discussions on this site were so fast that by the time 30 seconds had passed the comment would be irrelevant or mentioned before, then I could see the usefulness of this. But discussion simply dosen't move that fast.

I agree with you. Forum posts should have plenty of thoughts put into them. It cannot work like an instant messaging program which is what some of the topics are like.

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

then it would make no difference whether you waited yourself, or put a time delay on the post being sent.

The whole thing seems a bit rash. To get the sort of posttacular that OP envisages, you'd have to be doing something very rash.

Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Pretty much this, I almost never really have a problem with the filter. This site simply doesn't move fast enough for this to be a viable option.
