In Halo 3, Should there be Giant battles of Marines and Enemy Soldiers/Opposing Forces?

I thought it would be just Kickass if on one of the levels in campaign for Halo 3, you and a squad of Marines were on somekind of Deserted Outpost on a desert planet, searching for what happened to the company of UNSC personel that were supposed to be there. And then, you here this low, muffled Scream from somewhere outside of the outposts walls. You go and look to see what it is... You find one of the gaurds that was at the outpost before you arrived. You ask him what happened, and in his dying breaths, he gasps to you "there comming". All of a suddin, you look over your shoulder and off in the distance, all you can see is a giant cloud of sand and smoke comming at the outpost from 360 degrees around you. You yell to your squad commander "call in an some air support and an evac, this is gonna get crazy. You and your team take up defensive positions on the walls of the outpost to meet the enemy head on. The cloud of sand and smoke stops nearly 2 kilometer away from your positoin. The Sand and smoke settle down, and what stands in front of you are thousands of Flood lifeforms. What appears to be there leader, takes 5 steps forward and gives off an ear shatering Screach. The intire army of flood follows and Screams there awful, bloodcurdling screams. You yell "Steady, Hold your fire". The flood surrounding you start back up on there crazed rampage towards the outpost. Once the enemy gets in close enough, you yell, "open up". Your squad starts to upload there weapons upon the force of solid hate bearing down on on you. The fight commences until the flood reach the outer wall, at which time you tell your men to get inside the outpost's mining facility. you continue to engage the flood while prociding down the mine shafts. Your team is running out of ammo, and you are nearing the end of the cave. The bravest of your marines, Henderson, decides to pull the pins on his 4 grenades, throw them into the face of the enemy, causing an enormous explosion. The whole cave starts to colapse. The cave has fallin between you and your enemy leaving you cut off from the entrence, and your enemy cut off from you. All of a sudden, you hear the sound of what you believe to be the engines of pelicans and the Shouts of Marines and the Deep, Kickass voice of Sgt. Johnson yellin "That ones for Mendoza, and thats for the Captain, and that ones for my own, dam, self. Eventually, the rescue party digs you out of the mine. The Sgt. asks you how you survived so long. You reply, " I wanted to kill those dam basterds ".

Tell me what you think.
