Subject: How much time did you put into Halo?

Why do people in ship mutinies always ask for "better treatment"? I'd ask for a pinball machine, because with all that rocking back and forth, you'd get a lot of free games.

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.

I'm pretty sure I've played longer. I've had the game since March so that's plenty of time for it to have been longer.

I've had Halo since Dec. 03', and I would say I have put coutless hours into it, and I'm still adding to that countless list of hours.

I've been playing Halo since freshman year of college (I'm a senior now) and I'm still putting hours into Halo. So if I played it 7 hours every weekend (which is probably low, but is a reasonable average off the top of my head), then I've played over 1000 hours of Halo.

I've only had the game for about a month, so I've only played for about 50-100 hours. I've completed only the first 3 missions on legendary though.

Opinions are like arseholes - everybody has one.

Knowledge is knowing Tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

There is no such thing as a bad decision, only good decisions based on flawed information.

I've had the game since launch day here in Blighty, and I've completed it twice a week since then. Not to mention numerous Link up parties, reading the books, watching various features on official demo discs, visiting here everyday since i got the internet. Do you think I'm adddicted or just dedicated?

bah

Boy oh boy, I'd have made the increments much larger. Back in the day (the first 2 years Halo was out) I played campaign so much I couldn't even tell you. For the first year I was 4 hours a day. The second I was maybe 2. Now I'm down to not playing it by myself at all due to the utter ease with witch I clear through the levels. I guess playing a game for 2,500+ hours can do that to you. I have every checkpoint, every enemy, every piece of ammo memorized in that game. With the exception of the Library. I haven't played that one to death and it is the only level I still find challenging.
