Subject: Credit banned for playing Firefight doubles with myself as guest?

Is using a second controller as a "Guest" in a Firefight Doubles match (and not playing on it) considered a "cheat" in this game? Really? A no-warning credit-banning offense? Really???

Not using glitches. Not ruining team games by just sitting there (AFK?) trying to gather credits. Just playing doubles with one controller not being used is bannable? Hmmm. Interesting.

Also, have noticed that when I play Firefight Doubles with "real" players, and the OTHER guy quits, and I finish out the game, I for some reason get a "quit" put on my ledger.

Very strange goings-on.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

This again?

PEANUT-BUTTER SLAP!

You're manipulating the system to serve your own ends. Sounds ban worthy to me.

Again, I'm not harming anyone else's game in the least, so you'd figure I'd at least get a warning about it? I had no idea there was even a credit banning system until today when I read these boards. And in all the cases I read about, these were bans for "taking advantage of a glitch." I was simply playing out a two-person game with a guest controller because in recent days/weeks, I was getting credit for "quits" at the end of the game when the OTHER guy in these doubles games leaves. (Which was pretty often).

I must go through about 20 games a week with dudes entering team games and just sitting there. I figure that's a worse offense than what I did to get a no-warning ban.

Whatever. Live and learn, I guess. It's just a bit lame to not even get a warning.

(to the first reply): Sorry if I wasn't here on these boards for the last few months monitoring posts about subjects I had no idea would be relevant to me in the future.

Nobody's saying you were, and warnings simply do not exist.
