I've always wondered what this Bungie avatar is from. Was it from an old Bungie game or something?

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Its the old Letters to the Webmaster icon. During the PERL days of this site.

Spread the love...

If you open it in a new tab, along the URL it says "myth" so I guess it's from there. But I like it and now it shall be mine.

Hm... wonder why they used that...

Not sure what PERL means, but thanks for the answer. :)

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Myth 2: Soulblighter soundtrack

It is very rare, can't seem to find one.

It was the soundtrack from the 2nd installment of the Myth series.

Ah, I see now. It seems weird that it has a tux, but is from a game that takes place in medieval times or something. But that's Bungie for ya.

I think PERL refers to active perl, like when the site was just a script and being created.

For Carnage Apply Within - We played Marathon before Marathon was cool!

It is a ghoul, an evil creature that took over the Dwarf country working for the fallen lords in Myth 1 and Soulbluighter in Myth 2.

The "tux" is for the soundtrack which is rare.

Sorry, I don't really know much about Myth. I really didn't care for it, though I still have the second one.

Oh, and I'm assuming the soundtrack is from Myth?
