Ive been trying to sign in to the app for the last hour now, and Ive had no success. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and tried using the PC Windows Live login page, and nothing has worked. Can anyone help me out here?

I just downloaded the app and had no issues logging in at all.

Make sure your cookies, history and cache files are deleted/cleared prior to installing and logging in.

What provider do you have?

Just to double check, but have you gone to Bungie's site via the Web Browser and actually logged in through there? (Not the Mobile Site)

The Dev e-mail is bma_sup@bungie.com. I would send them an e-mail in regards to the issue to see if they've got any steps you can take to solve the issue.

Otherwise, you've done all the basic trouble shooting you can. (IE - Uninstalling the app, clearing browser history, cookies, cache, etc etc).

Which AT&T phone, btw?

I'll be sure to email them. And it's a Motorola Backflip.

Oh...while totally off subject, how the hell can you stand Motoblur? Anyways, I suggest contacting the Dev of the app and asking them for assistance. If I come across anything myself, I'll be sure to PM you.

Yeah, I know, I need an upgrade. That's why I can't wait until April! And thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

Keep in mind that you can do an Early Exception Upgrade, what that is, is pushing your Upgrade forward to get you the phone still at a discounted price. What the AT&T rep would have to do is contact Credit & Activation's to see if you qualify for it (which all people do) and at that point it's only an additional $75 dollars on top of the upgrade investment amount of the phone.

So for example, if the Galaxy S2 costs $199.99, with the Early Exception price it would be $275.99. Still a heck of a discount depending on the phone that you want.

(So very off-topic, just trying to help and toss out some info.)

Even though it's off topic, thanks for your additional help! I'll definitely look into that.
