13.72 billion years in the making.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

Basic Rules of the Flood:

1. Do not get on Foman's bad side, you will be perma'd
2. EvilCam will always post in a thread before he locks it
3. Beware of John Cena. He returns once every three or so weeks
4. Posting a thread about Bronies will earn you an instant hot topic
5. The same goes for religious threads, but you will be banned
6. Coup is the main way Bungie.net users identify other users
7. Always read the OP before you reply
8. Play nice, you have no rights
9. Floodians swarm around nostalgia threads
10. "Teh Futer" is not a typo
11. News threads are deemed "cOLD" or "mOLDy" after it has been previously posted three times
12. Brony threads occur at least once a day, be on watch, and do not enter them
13. Opinions =/= facts
14. Quote storms will follow the arrival of a Ninja
15. On the Flood, there is no serious advice
16. MaryMeJane's days of trolling have seized
17. Girl/relationship threads are detrimental to your reputation
18. Quoting a Ninja does not make you a God
19. You must have evidence to support your ban appeal
20. Coup's tend to be either MLP or Anime themed
21. Do not advertise your crap on the Flood
22. Do not impose your thoughts or beliefs on the Flood
23. When you see a flame war on the horizon, grab some popcorn, and do not participate
24. The OP can't "inb4"
25. The Flood is merciless, and will not hold back
26. You will be known better if your Coup remains the same
27. You must be new here...
28. Do not complain about personal problems on the Flood
29. If you are not familiar with a link, do not click it
30. Wait for others to confirm the links safety
31. The profanity filter can and will be bypassed by trolls
32. If a thread begins with "Please read!", do not read
33. A "TL;DR" must be included with a lengthy post
34. Never venture into the Reach forum

Yes, Foman, I know you said this is a "maybe" post. I took the risk, and I won't hold you accountable if I suffer from the consequences.

P.S. I'm not going to take your suggestions and edit this.

Quit -blam!- stalking me you weirdo.

Omg...that thread... So hilarious.

A few of these are actually rules of the public forums.

Oh well.

34. Never venture into the Reach forum
That really isn't stopping them, especially when they get bored.

Actually, i believe these are the rules.

I get what you're posting, OP... but yeah. If 'The Flood Community' really wants those rules, maybe 'The Flood Community' should make a private group and enforce them.

The tide is turning, brothers! Let us take our kingdom back!

They're more like guidelines, those are.

Now is the time of our unworlding
One final effort is all that remains
And I am not afraid
We shall fulfill our promise
We fight for the grace of the Mantle
And this time none of you will be left behind

What would you like us to discuss, given that you're set on not editing your list?

Interesting enough, I expected to come into this thread and be amused. I was only disappoint.

The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Hahahahaha!

I remember that thread, almost everyone that posted on it got banned/warned.

So worth the ban.

OP thinks he's obviously infallible and can do no wrong. Therefore help from others is unneeded.

“Dinkleberg!” is a catchphrase used by the character Dad in the Nickelodeon cartoon show “The Fairly Odd Parents.” In the show, Dad has an unrelenting hatred towards the well-to-do and happy neighbor, Dinkleberg, who gets blamed for everything bad that happens. The phrase is used in a similar way, by giving the blame for everything bad that happened to Dinkleberg. This can vary from mundane day-to-day problems to natural disasters.

Another one you must add:

If Dinkleberg (me) makes or posts in a thread, disregard the topic completely, and type "Dinkleberg..."

FYI people, it really gets on my nerves when people spell it "Dinkleburg." It has an "e" not a "u."

Oh, i do. But sometimes i can't tell the difference between someone who deems himself as a floodian or someone who's annoyed by the stupidity of several regulars in the forum.

Cool a list of rules that I never have to follow. I hope you didn't waste much time on this.

I just saw a green monkey nut shot a small tan lizard(?) in a gunny sack.

This. Also, if this is a joke thread, why is it here? Half of the Community forum could care less about the Flood.

The reason this is in the Community Forum is because it pertains to a selection of the Bungie community. I'd post this on the Flood as opposed to the Community Forum, but It'd be off-topic and would be locked.

I had nowhere else to post it.

  • 10.20.2011 2:02 PM PDT

lolnope.

Try Xbox.com should be one of the basic rules.

Except I don't see any real discussion value here, other than spouting out a bunch of Flood 'memes'. Was there a point to this thread? Do you want to see a separate rules section for the Flood comprised of your list?
