Providing Passport never sends you a confirm email to your old address that you have to click to re-register, you can continue to sign in with the old data.
It's basically a username and password and doesn't have to be a valid email address.
You CAN however change your passport email address providing it's not on the list of reserved domains. (hotmail, microsoft etc)
Just go to www.passport.net and email their support and explain the situation. They will tell you if it's possible with your old address.
