I think the population has dropped a little.
Like I said, we are getting older.
And as we get older, comes more responsibility. College, work, family, etc. With Bungie being in the dark zone at the moment, that doesn't help bring attention to the site either.

We miss you Logan.
Ask any question. I'll help with anything on site or off.

I think it got way smaller. I think we will get massive amounts of members when bungie releases news about there new game.

This is the calm before the storm. When the next big game is announced and then launched, you will see A LOT of new members and spam.

Yeah, that'll be interesting.
I wonder if we'll be able to tell the difference between Playstation and Xbox users.

The community is smaller. Bungie no longer manages Halo, plus Bungie being dark means there isn't much to discuss.

Theoretically, the Community is larger and will be growing even more when the new IP is announced.

Now selling HHDDVVDDBVDs. HD DVDs, but with better marketing.

I consider myself a passer-by. Like that one guy you always see jogging by in the mornings. You've never really met him and you aren't even sure where he lives, but you get a sense that he belongs there anyway.

Don't worry, you're still your mom's favorite Bnet member.

Bungie hasn't announced anything big recently, we're in another Dark Age.

I wasn't there, but the Marathon fansites and Bungie.org did remain active until right up to the beginning of Halo.

All have fallen into a bronzed state, in which they sorta gain a lethargic, halcyonic feel. I think this is because they were quickly overshadowed by the new, so they didn't have to ferment in the spotlight.

Just my thoughts and observations. I don't think we're in a "Dark Age".

PS] speaking of fanbase, I haven't seen anything moving on Bungie.org recently. or in the past year.

Well since Bungie is no longer supporting Halo, and the fact that they're currently "going dark," it's going to seem quiet until they reveal their new IP. Once Bungie does release the IP, there should be a lot more traffic.
