"I have no words that would do justice to the atrocities you commit to the English language, as well as your continued assaults on the concepts of basic literacy and logical reasoning."
Escape, you're one in a long line of people with the same opinion, and what you just had is taste of the wrath we sometimes feel on people who cannot understand the point of weekly updates.
But let's try this again - from the beginning.
Once upon a time, we announced a little game about Halo. Eventually, there was a big trailer at E3 2000. But then, Microsoft bought Bungie, and fans began to feel ignored, because no new information was available, and likely not to come for a while. So the community team (in the form of Matt, then Sketchfactor, then Frankie) started weekly updates to give tidbits. Now, the point wasn't actually to communicate information, but just to communicate, let you know we're still here. The process continued through to Halo 2, with the same purpose.
Now, even after the project we're working on it gets announced, things will continue much as they are - tidbits of info, occassional big items, but mostly just Frankie entertaining you with Bungie-related news.
Escape, what I'm trying to say is this - if you cannot understand the above, you need to stop reading the weekly updates, or you will be disappointed EVERY time. So, please adjust your expectations accordingly before you accuse us of giving you the shaft.

As I see, no. Should you? No. I was just giving my opinion.
