My apologies.

I find it hard not to quote ridiculous posts and point out how ridiculous they are.

I think it mostly comes down to differentiating between people expressing an opinion on you and people expressing an opinion on the things you say/post.

Also, think about this: "It's no insult to say a dead man is dead."

Troll confirmed. I never even insulted you

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

Yes, flaming should be more strictly enforced. Posters who go 10 posts without flaming should be given a 3 day, minimum.
But that's like a lot of members being given a 3 day right there on the spot!

Whoo.

Ken flaming is pretty strictly policed here, sure occasionally something slips through the cracks, but most of the time the majority of this site is rather clean.

What you're complaining about is the community's general resentment to you specifically, which is due to your incessant (normally unproductive) posting and which also isn't flaming, you see all this thread amounts to overall is you crying out to the mods saying "People keep being mean to me, ban them!".

Come on Ken, you're on the internet now, you need to develop a thicker skin. If comments like this are flaming you, insulting you and generally making you feel bad how will you cope when someone actually DOES insult you? I mean, this isn't even me insulting you, this is just me explaining something to you.

I'll give you some tips to survive in this community, although you'll probably just shrug it off and see it as the ramblings of another one of your "Haters" like you have to the many people that tried to explain this to you and help you integrate yourself better in this community.

First of all, don't butt kiss so much, no one likes that. You're far too obsessed with everything Bungie, following every action like it is the greatest thing ever; posting Bungie.net memes, quoting employees and generally screaming "LIKE ME!" at the top of your lungs; feverishly defending them if issues occur, even if the issues in question aren't issues at all and are in fact something that Bungie will enjoy as much as the rib poker will.

(Example of this: The "Who do we report to when harassed by an Administrator?" thread, you spent literally the whole thread saying "You shouldn't be impersonating employees", "This is wrong", "You're so going to get banned" and then when Achronos posted approving of the thread (which a good amount of the community assured you would happen) you then started treating the thread as the best thing ever, like a magic ray beam suddenly turned a pile of crap into a gold brick right in front of you. Not only that but after the whole debacle whenever someone brought it up you say "It seems he was lucky Achronos let this one go", instead of admitting that it was in fact funny.)

Secondly, don't post so much, you seem to post whenever possible. Much like it's a priviledge to post here, like you're in the garden of eden and instead of just laying in the grass enjoying the crisp air and wonderful vista in front you you run around like a racoon trying to absorb as much of the experience as possible out of fear that you'll be kicked out at any moment.

Thirdly, don't post every idea that comes into your head, they might seem as a good idea at the time and I know you're trying to help improve the site BUT most of the time they're just a idea that's popped into your head, not something thread worthy. What you should do is make a list, of all the threads you want to post in thoughout the week and on the seventh day limit it to just three threads, you'll see that list of 200 or so threads and boil them down to only the three good threads that are important to you.

And lastly, don't throw a hissy fit every time you get banned, you get so pissed that many of the members of saphhire joined primarily to watch you rage your heart out and use obsenities.
CALM DOWN, you only got banned, it happens to everyone and it will pass. Also the mods aren't biased -blam!- idiots that are out to get you, often whatever you get banned for other people would under the same circumstances AND NO the circumstances you're thinking of aren't the same.

Hello! I'm Bunie.net's resident medical student (hell i'm sure there are more but I'm the only one who openly declares it!) I love my emblem, and I am periodically active.
I have a Twitter

Yeah, but sometimes people mean it as a joke, and its taken the wrong way, the borderline cases need to be handled carefully.

Well I don't have a problem with you at all just the amount of things you always seem to find to complain about is astoundingly high.
And this is coming from the guy responsible for the deletion of the greatest thread on bungie.net.
Yeah I am never going to be able to live that one down am I?...
Haha!

I didn't read much past the thread title, so I can only assume that the OP is saying we need more flaming.

I completely agree.

Well, here we are. I guess that it was destined to come to this.

It's not like the people are pissing on your rug.

And I really liked the way that it tied the room together too man, you know?

OT: Flaming is subjective and very dependent on the thickness of the skin of the observer/target.

Far too many people equate disagreement, disproving, dislike or disrespect with flaming. They are not the same.
