Okay, these "bnet birthday" threads are going to start getting locked more regularly.

When we allow these threads to remain open, it has traditionally been because people say "it is my 5 (or whatever) year anniversary on BNet, and here are my thoughts on the state of the community." Then they'd give their thoughts and there would be a discussion about it.

This new trend of just posting "hey guess what i've been here [X] years" is just spam and contains no discussion. If all you want to say is that your account is now a certain number of years old, use Twitter.
