Chrome is displaying this warning when I'm accessing a group page that I'm fairly sure has nothing from game2gamer.com.

Warning: Something's Not Right Here!
www.bungie.net contains content from game2gamer.com, a site known to distribute malware. Your computer might catch a virus if you visit this site.
Google has found that malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed. Why not try again tomorrow or go somewhere else?
We have already notified game2gamer.com that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on game2gamer.com, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.

The only thing I can think of would be that someone's Coup is using a picture from that website.

"The only thing I can think of would be that someone's Coup is using a picture from that website."

Sounds about right.

If it is, then why doesn't it show when we access the public forums? (that is if the user visits the public forums).

There's a word for what I am, but I can't pronounce it.

BFA, CCS - olde and bony & one minute musings.

someone's Coup
The plot thickens.

Bug reporting here is very redundant if you are only receiving these errors with browser add-ons and userscripts enabled. Go through the motions of turning those off and see if it persists.

If you take heed of that advice and Chrome is no longer giving you the warnings, you're probably best served looking for further help in a script-dedicated chapter for that third party stuff.

I have never had an issue with anything like that with the site. My guess is someone using something from the other site that is causing said warning. Do you use a coup? Does the warning still come up if your coup is disabled, or you try to access that part of the site with a different browser?

I'm not to worried about catching anything from here, though I would be weary of any hyperlinks you see that don't show where they go.

EDIT: Remember that if you are having issues with the site and wish to submit a bug report, you have to make sure the issue is happening with your browser when you have the add-ons, and coup disabled. I think Achronos said something awhile back about using the most current version of IE when poking around here.

Still better than you.

.....most of you, at least.

I would doubt that it is much of a problem. Don't worry OP.

Citizens of Me! The cruelty of the old Pharaoh is a thing of the past. Let a whole new wave of cruelty wash over this lazy land.

Hear the word of Pharaoh. Build unto me a statue of ridiculous proportion. One billion cubits in height......that I might be remembered for all eternity!

And be quick about it!
