For most people with Projection TV's, I think that tere should be an option to tunr off the HUD, that whay there wont be that burn in effect.

You mean so you can't see your health or ammo or other stuff? It won't burn the screen. The stuff around the hud are equally likely to "burn". The main reason it burns is because an image is still for too long...

i have a projection TV, like a big one, it plays on a big screen, nothing ever burns, and mine is pretty old, dude u dont have a projection tv, i play halo constantly nothing ever burns, U LIE!

you mean a projector and a tv?
cause i think he means a tv that has a projector inside and the front is a screen and yes the hud does burn in cause it is like the only part of the screen thats likely to stay there to long
and im not wrong cause i've read the manual and theres a warning about images that stay still to long and playing video games on it

the health is what im woried about i've played games with unrevield ammo and thats nothin

oh and the reticle could burn if you use one gun way to much

dude so what even if it does burn!! dedicate that TV just for halo!! it deserves it!!!
