13.72 billion years in the making.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

Which one?

Dreamweaver, or something?

Generalizations.
Helping idiots hate other idiots since people have existed.

Sage's beard, obviously.

OT: Wouldn't surprise me if they made it from scratch. I haven't seen a website remotely close to matching this one.

I'm really not sure. I think there's some websites to check that kind of thing, but I don't know any.

EDIT: Hmm.

IIS 7.0 Web Server technologies.
ASP.net 3.5 and up.
HTML, CSS, Javascript.
SQL and RDBMS.
Forum based on 'IdealScience'

... Not that I have any idea what any of those things mean, but those are things on the requirements for Web Engineer so... eh.

Friends before pixels.

This site was made from scratch, composed completely of sole C++ coding.

The beta is super awesome. RogueAssassin27 is now the person who got my Totodile's nickname. Hoo-hah! Relevant.inb4lock

I always preferred coding in Notepad over Word 97. Today, I still like to use Notepad++ over .Net for many things.

I was kidding. I'm pretty sure MOST people (if not all people) don't code in Word 97.

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

Now selling HHDDVVDDBVDs. HD DVDs, but with better marketing.

Notepad is the way to go. I used it to make my first website this summer, not nearly as awesome as this one though...

Also, there is a bunch of Javascript on this site, so there was probably some helpful program.

Кланяються мені!

By knowing the program you could easily access lots of Bungie secrets. Be warned this knowledged is throughly classified. The program is called redacted and the full version of it can be downloaded here:

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

I know Achronos uses Visual Studio usually. As for the rest of the Webteam, I'll assume the same.

You don't really need any program to create a website. Bungie.net runs off of ASP.net, just create a text file and save it as <something>.aspx.
