Be Legit, Be Vigilant, Be Victorious.

Now, Im quite dead serious about this. There are still around 30-40k people still playing. If you still want to play Reach, and dont want the numbers to go down to around 1k, where your stuck playing the same people over and over, this is what you need to do....
Step 1. Do not Destroy all the Noobs: We were all noobs at one time or another. None of us were born as ' Gaming Gods '. So as you know, there will be noobs after us. If you constantly kill them, spawn camp them, power weapon them, they will leave, they will quit, and no more noobs to continue the cycle, and continue replenishing the Player Base.
Step 2. Dont Spawn Camp: As said in the last step, Spawn Camping will further make people leave. You do it too many times, you kill any new player base that tries joining the ' Reach Movement '.
Step 3. Give them a Chance: This is a step Im sure almost all of you will hate. But it is necessary. If you just wipe out the other team, dont even give them a good few kills, they will simply call this game bull-blam!-, throw down their controller, and return the game to the store they bought it from for their money back.
Step 4. Help?: You see someone needing a bit of a hand, if they are new, dont shun them. Help them. I cant stress upon this enough. Without giving them help, they will further suffer, and this will bring around the same result as in Step 3.
Step 5. Realize ' Being Pro ' or ' Winning ' is not everything:
I ask of you this. You may love to win. You may love being a pro. But will it really matter -blam!- when you beat everyone one too many times, and they ragequit? To put it simply, I hope you can then learn to win against yourself.
To round everything up, take it easy. Dont overkill the wildlife. A player base is like a Forest. You have a wide variety of animals. You kill too many of one kind though, and if there are none left, the rest suffer. Only you can prevent Game Desertion.
