Hi I'm RT and I like to argue!

The difference is evident from their motto: they make games they want to play.

Combine that with what we can gather about the company from their various postings and publications here, and it's clear that Bungie has a team of skilled professionals doing a job that they enjoy and are thus motivated to do it well.
