Subject: Beat campaign but not registering in Service Record

When I first beat Reach on Heroic (unlocking the achievement), the fact that I beat the game did not register within my Service Record in the game or on bungie.net. Then I asked some questions about it here, and suddenly my Service Record was corrected.

Now I beat Reach on Legendary (again unlocking the achievement), but my Service Record still says that I only beat the game on Heroic.

Same thing happened to me for ODST. I beat the game on Legendary (unlocking the achievement), but my official stats on bungie.net still say my highest completion level is Heroic.

Any advice?

It takes time for your service record to update.

I hope that is the reason. First time I beat the game was in September 2010 and my Service Record was not updated until March 2011.

The shields won't change unless all missions are completed on that minimum difficulty and whether it is Solo or Co op. Solo half the campaign on Legendary and Co op the rest will still show your Solo and Co op shields too say Heroic. Since you technically did not finish all the Campaign in Solo Legendary.

The Song Of Nephilim

Xenoblade <3

You did not finish it..

He obviously finished it because he has the achievments. The problem is that you completed it offline or when the halo server was down. You need to complete the missions which you completed offline on legendary online, if this makes sense. Just make sure your xbox live is connected.
